Active Visions, Inc. serves more than 500 children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We strive to empower individuals and families, tailoring our services to meet unique needs. Our services include residential (Community-based Living Arrangement) individual support, self-direction assistant support in the Home-Based Program, Community Day Services and individual and group counseling services.
The Visions Foundation Chicago is our non-profit organization that assists our individuals to afford things they wouldn’t normally be able to.
